During our service, a quality coordinator will supervise your consultant, guaranteeing a frequent follow-up on your case, quality of documents, and effective communication. Our role is an advisory one, which means that final decisions about study trajectory are always up to the applicant. If the premise of the contract cannot be completed before expiration, the applicant will receive a full refund of the service fee. Costs that have been made by Guidance Education on behalf of the applicant, will be covered by the applicant. If the applicant desires to give up their application during the current academic year, but wishes to continue their application during the next, they can request to sign the “Academic Year Transfer Confirmation” which enables them to continue enjoying our services at a later time, without having to pay extra.
